Burlington, MA., March 5, 2018 – UFA, Inc. (UFA), a leading provider of Air Traffic Simulation and Voice Technologies, announced that it has delivered its first ATVehicle Airside Driving Simulator to Israel Airports Authority (IAA) in Tel Aviv, Israel.
UFA worked closely with fire fighters and airport operations experts to design a custom driving simulator to meet IAA’s extensive training objectives. The installation features four vehicle driving stations and one incident command and control tower. Each vehicle driving station can simulate over twenty vehicles with customized heads-up displays and input controls. The ATVehicle Airside Driving Simulator also integrates fully with Israel’s ATTower® Air Traffic Control Tower Simulator to provide an immersive joint emergency training environment for their controllers and first responders.
