UFA Delivers Major Simulator Enhancement to the Belgian Defense Air Component

Burlington, MA., August 1, 2018 – UFA, Inc. (UFA), a leading provider of Air Traffic Simulation and Voice Technologies, announced that it has upgraded the ATTower® Air Traffic Simulation system at the Belgian Defense Air Component. This upgrade includes the latest ATTower software release and extensions for radar simulator positions, used for Terminal Approach Control and Precision Approach Radar (ASR/PAR) training at the ATC School in Gavere.

The installation includes both radar and tower training positions which can be used separately or in joint simulations.  The Belgian Defense installation includes advanced capabilities such as ATView® high resolution 3D Graphics with front projection, ATVoice® voice recognition and response and support for military ATC features including high-performance jet patterns and formation flights.
