UFA delivers Air Traffic Control Radar Simulator to Malta Air Traffic Services Ltd (MATS)

Luqa, Malta International Airport, March 30, 2017– UFA, Inc. (UFA), a leading provider of Air Traffic Simulation and Voice Technologies, welcomed its newest ANSP customer, Malta Air Traffic Services Ltd (MATS). UFA’s has delivered a 10-position approach and en route radar trainer to MATS with full voice communications system capability. The UFA system will allow MATS to increase its onsite training activities, resulting in reduced cost and more efficient use of ATCO resources.

Malta Air Traffic Services Ltd (MATS) is the Air Navigation Service Provider for Malta. MATS provides a variety of services primarily aimed at ensuring that aircraft flying in the Malta Flight Information Region (FIR) are safely separated in accordance with international civil aviation regulations. Headquartered in Burlington, MA, UFA specializes in simulation and voice technology products and services for Air Traffic Management (ATM).
